Deep Down Wines Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Marlborough

Pure, fresh, fruity and immediately complex. Lime and lime-flower, fresh lychee, white flowers and wet stones, white peach and pineapple then sweet fresh herb. There’s a distinctive leesy tease giving the wine its texture and flow through the palate. Plenty of acidity, fine satin texture, balanced with medium+ length and complexity. A great finish and very moreish. Best drinking from today and through 2023+.
