An exuberant, fruity core with aromas of Asian pear and yellow apple, fruit spice with a touch of lees and ginger, green pear and a hint of lager (beer). On the palate - equally fruity, fresh, ripe and youthful with flavours that mirror the nose, medium+ acidity, a phenolic tension on the palate accentuates a citrus note of lemon. Ultimately an easy drinking expression with a whisper of residual sweetness transitioning to dryness, medium weight and length. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
