There’s no mistaking this is Riesling with aromas of lime and mandarin, kaffir-lime leaf and rose apple scents. There’s a sense of place too with a the cool stony soil of Otago punching through the fruit. On the palate - vibrant, fresh, fleshy, off-dry, fruity and delicious. Flavours mirror the nose with a fresh salivating acidity and mineral core. Balanced and well made. Don’t serve fridge cold, but do serve cool. Best drinking from today and through 2024+.
