On the palate - youthful, fresh and vibrant with a core of red berry flavours contrasted by spices, a brambly mix of dried herb, ageing meats and baked field mushroom. Toasty wood flavours alongside firm tannins; a youthful, tense and ripe structure, acidity forms the backbone pulling all the components together. A lengthy, even finish, youthful and very attractive mouth feel. Well made, a wine that will stand the test of time in your cellar. Best drinking from late 2021 through 2026.
