Immediately varietal and quite intense with aromas of baked plum and dark berries, toasty barrel aromas of clove and dried vanilla, a sweet earth and fine gravel mineral note. A very inviting bouquet, youthful, fresh and woody. On the palate - equally fruity, youthful and woody with flavours that mirror the nose, medium tannins and a satin to smooth texture with contrasting firm tannins, medium+ acidity and a lengthy youthful finish. Well made and quite delicious with best drinking from today and through 2023+
