Immediately complex bouquet with layers of ripe red berries, soft mountain herb of dried thyme, scents of roses, fresh air then stony soils and wood tones. On the palate - youthful, fruity, tense and dry. Tannins are chalky, acidity medium+, flavours of cherry and red plum, roses and baking spices. The oak adds a layer of smoke and new wood, a touch of raw sugar and vanilla. A lovely wine. Ready to enjoy from today and through 2024+.
