Bright, fresh and fruit-lead bouquet with an equal measure of oak and wood spice impact. Overall quite mild in impact. Aromas of citrus then stone stone fruits with grapefruit and peach then moments of apple and quince then some baking spices of oak. On the palate - a soft and gently creamy texture, medium+ acidity and flavours of citrus and orchard fruits then vanilla, a touch of butterscotch and nut. Balanced and well made. An easy choice to match with moderate weighted dishes. Best drinking from today and through 2023.
