On the palate - crisp, tense, fresh, ripe vibrant and off-dry with lower alcohol. Flavours of citrus and white fleshed orchard fruits. The acidity more than contrasts the residual sweetness emphasising some citrus peel, apple and honey suckle. Balanced and well made, youthful and lengthy. Best drinking from today and through 2025+.
