Fabulous bouquet of Gris with aromas of fresh white fleshed and blossoms, varietal and quite intense. On the palate - an excellent core of fruit with just the right intensity to contrast the alcohol and youthful acid line. “The secret is in the blending”, says wine maker Craig Gasson. “Getting the phenolics right is key”. Flavours of meyer lemon, white fleshed fruits, pears and some apple moments. Great length with obvious purity. While this wine is off-dry in style it has a remarkably dry finish. Balanced and well made. RRP $19.00
