Fresh, crisp, lively and fruity bouquet with aromas of green apple and prince melon, grapes and barley sugar, dusty white soil minerality and youthful intensity. On the palate - very crisp, very fresh, fruity and tense with high acidity, citrus and tree fruit flavours then a touch of green melon. The rest is white flowers and a youthful texture. Balanced, fresh, crunchy and well made. Nice to enjoy a variety that is uncommon in New Zealand. An ideal aperitif style with best drinking upon purchase and through 2024.
