Eight Ranges Pinot Noir 2019, Central Otago

Bottle Template.jpg

Varietal, fruity, forward and just a little bit elegant with aromas of velvet and rose, cherry and raspberry, red apple and brown spices. On the palate - youthful, fruity, textured and dry. Flavours reflect the nose with red berries then flowers, a mineral stony layer then emerges followed by firm textures of tannins with a velevet edge and medium+ acidity. Youthful and vibrant requiring some bottle maturing time. Best drinking from late 2021 through 2025+.
