Leesy, yeasty and fruity bouquet with aromas and flavours of baked apple and pear. There’s an old citrus peel then cider note with flower and ginger impressions. The texture is fresh, effervescent and lively with plenty of acidity and bubble to carry the flavours of white orchard fruits and citrus, a reminder of feijoa and peach then a swing back to apple and pear. Balanced, fresh, pure and organic flavours with a whisper of spice. Drink the entire bottle upon opening (with mates of course). Best drinking upon release and through 2021.
