Ripe, fruity and immediately engaging on the nose with aromas of wild red flowers and wild berries. There’s a youthful energy too with scents of savoury complexity and layers of oak. On the palate - tense, youthful, plummy with savoury cherry compote flavours, dried herb and wood spices. All these elements persist on the palate leading to a savoury and dry finish. Best drinking from today and through 2022+ - with food. This wine will also continue to age and harmonise over the coming months.
