Very expressive bouquet with aromas of dark cherry and raspberry, very floral and minerally with dark rose and dusty, gravelly soil smells. Complex. On the palate - delicious! Flavours reflect the nose and are amplified with more precision and flavour. Raspberry and dried roses, dark cherry and sweet plum. An abundance of chalky tannins with medium+ acidity adding texture, length and complexity. A lovely wine, youthful, fresh and delicious! Will continue to age and develop if cellared, but may also be enjoyed from today and through 2027+.
