This wine is a co-ferment of Pinot Gris, Riesling & Gewurztraminer: Aromas and flavours of exotic white fleshed fruit, perfumes of wild flowers and white spices, citrus zest, lime-flower and fresh market produce. Satin textures with abundant acidity adding crispness; flavours of citrus and white fleshed fruit mid-palate, mineral and wet stone with a hint of salinity. A lovely and refreshing example ready to enjoy from today and through 2023.
