A really lovely bouquet with scents of white spice and fleshy white fruits, flowers and mineral, a youthful vibrant yet forward appeal. On the palate - flavours of wild flowers and pear, a leesy ginger spice and apple combination, chalky texture, medium+ acidity, fruit spice and white nectarine. A lovely example that does not disappoint. Satin textured acidity and a citrus white fleshed fruit finish. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2021.
