Seresin Chardonnay Reserve 2016, Marlborough

This limited release Chardonnay has a complex, fruity, nutty and spicy bouquet with aromas of yellow fleshed fruits and brazil-nut, clove and new sweet French barrel, plenty of citrus with grapefruit peel and apple, a touch of tropical and dry stone mineral moments. On the palate - full-bodied, youthful, firm, toasty and fruity with flavours of yellow stone-fruits, citrus and apple. Barrel flavours of brown spices and sweet oak, fine tannins, medium acidity and lengthy finish. A lovely complex wine with great palate feel and moreish flavours. Drink now and through 2022.
