Rose and silver hues lead to aromas of light red fruits and spices then tropical fruit, citrus and herbs. On the palate - crisp, dry, fruity and herbaceous. Flavours of tropical fruits, herbs and citrus return first then moments of light red berry fruit flavours. Plenty of acidity and punch, nice textures and length, balanced, fresh and well made. Drink now and through 2021.

Winemaking: A blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%). Fermented wild in separate vessels (Pinot Noir in open top stainless steel and the SB in barrel). Blend post ferment. Unfined and unfiltered with a small amount of SO2 proir to bottling. RRP $30.00
