Pure fruit aromas of white pear and golden delicious apple. There a gentle white spice moment followed with some aromas of flowers and chamomile. On the palate - satin textures and medium+ acidity lead in to flavours of citrus then pear, white flowers then apple and a white spice note returns highlighting the acidity and adding to the finish. A balanced and well made wine with a freshness and vibrato across the palate. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
