Honeysuckle and white blossoms, lemon and red apple, an underlying mineral, granite, wet stone-like layer, lush and fresh bouquet overall. On the palate - an off dry style with a noticeable residual sweetness; flavours of quince and citrus, apple and lemon contrast the sweetness along with the acidity and tension this brings. A lovely wine for an aperitif or with naturally sweet seafood or kai. Best drinking from today and through 2025+. 10% abv.
