A white wine made with red grapes (no skin contact) show off aromas then flavours of white fleshed fruits and sweet flowers. On the palate, firm, very dry and quite intense with a pithy lemon rind texture and firmness. A food wine requiring dishes with lots of intense flavours such as paella.
