Baking spices and sweet meats, fresh raspberries, dark plums and cinnamon sticks. Olive and baked bell-pepper, toasty wood and sweet earth. There’s no doubt that complexity and layers of aromas are captivating. On the palate - generous, almost sweet tasting with an abundance of oak and ripe fruit teasing the palate then brown spices and cassis. Fine tannins with a chalk dust feel. Nice acid line, a core of flavour and complex lengthy finish. Totally drinkable today and through 2025.
