Saving Grace Riesling Dry 2019, Waipara Hills North Canterbury

Varietal, precise and fruity bouquet with aromas of crunchy red apple and lemon, white flowers and minerality. Crisp, refreshing and dry on the palate with a core of fruit reflecting the bouquet, high acidity, plenty of minerality adding depth and complexity. Nice lengthy finish with a floral citrus pith note. Lovely aperitif style, youthful and well made. Drinking best from late 2021 through 2027.
