Complex, youthful, fruity, herbaceous, varietal and alluring. Flavours of citrus peel, fresh lime and peach, quince, apple and tropical fruit moments. As the wine opens up the flavours of peach and citrus get stronger, high acidity and a coarse silk texture provide for a lovely mouthfeel carrying flavours that reflect the nose. Well made, persistent in flavour and texture leading to a lengthy finish. Best drinking upon purchase and through 2024+.
