Made with a blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling and Chardonnay - showing aromas of stone fruits and apples, baked citrus and tropical fruit moments. There’s an exotic aromatic spice layer and sense of harmony. On the palate - quite weighty and dry on the finish, a lite creamy texture is contrasted by the acidity 0 leading to flavours of lemon and apple, peach and quince. A lite leesy layers adds depth with a touch of autolysis. Balanced and well made. Best drinking from today and through 2023+
