Vitteaut Alberti Crémant De Bourgogne Brut Blanc de Noirs NV, France

Vitteaut Alberti Crémant .png

Made from 100% Pinot Noir showcasing a charming yet fine balance between a core of fruit and lees autolysis - apple and white peach with a twist of lemon, freshly baked goods of oat-bread and wheat then a mild toasty quality. On the palate - dry, crisp, refreshing and youthful. A weightier-creamy attack with flavours that are in reverse from the bouquet - baked goods then fruit. The mousse is bold at first then becomes finer almost immediately revealing more flavours of autolysis. The acidity has a salty edge carrying the apple, peach and lemon flavours. A balanced and well made wine that is perfect as an aperitif or with first courses that have bolder flavours - which I feel this wine will manage quite well. Best drinking from today and through 2025+. RRP $45.00 - link to buy here: https://shop.kinross.nz/collections/sparkling
