Black Cottage Pinot Noir 2019, Central Otago

Immediately varietal with aromas and flavours of red berries, raspberry and red flowers. A soft dried herb note adds breadth and depth. Classic flavours with medium weight, firm tannins and obvious acid line. The youthful side of the wine shows with some tarter red fruit flavours as well. Moderate oak with some brown spice and mild toasty qualities. Decant for service if opened from today and through 2020. Best drinking from 2021 through 2024.
