Fleshy, ripe, varietal and distinctive bouquet of Gris. Aromas and flavours of apple and candied citrus peel, poached pear in vanilla spice, a light button mushroom note adding a little intrigue. Calm, creamy texture, balanced and mouth-filling on the palate. Flavours of spicy apple and baked pear, medium acidity and weight. Overall a lovely wine ready to enjoy today and through 2021.
