Bristol Farm

Bristol Farm Pinot Noir 2013 Central Otago

An engaging, tense, vibrant and fruity core in the bouquet. Aromas suggesting plum skin and dark cherry flesh, a soft Central Otago dried thyme seam and darker spices of smoky oak. On the palate - dry, firm textures with medium+ acidity are contrasted by the core of red fruits and savoury mineral tones. The texture is also specific with the unfined and unfiltered chalky, grainy layers of fruit and wood tannins. Youthful, lengthy, complex and developing. A wine to watch. Best drinking likely 2021 through 2027. 94 Points

Plush, fruity and salivating flavours on the palate. Quite complex yet youthful and juicy as well.
