The Boneline Sharkstone Chardonnay 2018 Waipara

Aromas and flavours of citrus and yellow orchard fruits – lemon, peach and a raw sugar suggestion. Vanilla and fresh French oak, apple, cashew nut and a clay limestone soil aroma. Dry, medium+ weight and acidity, very fine oak tannins and youthful fresh complexity. Balanced, well made with a moderate+ finish. Decant for service with best drinking from late 2020 through 2024.
