Gumbo and Good Sauvignon Blanc 2017 North Canterbury

Aromas and flavours include apple and sweet hay, lemon grass and quince, grapefruit skin and some green-tea-peach. Crisp, fresh, textured, lively and just dry on the palate. Abundant acidity contrasts flavours of ripe apple and white fleshed stone fruit, lemon-grass and hay. A stony mineral layer with some tropical fruit flavours including fresh lychee. Well made, organic and tasty. Drink now and through 2023.
