A delightful bouquet - fruity, youthful and complex with aromas and flavours of plum and raspberry, cherry and dried herb spices. The oak signature is clean, fresh, youthful and forward adding a foundation of structure and smoky wood spices. Dry, tense, youthful, poised, spicy and varietal with fruit flavours of plums and red berry fruits, layers of oak with brown spices, tannins and a little smoke. Overall a complex well made wine with a distinctive signature of place, wine-making and style. Though drinkable now with Drink now and through 2026.select food this wine will best best from 2021 through 2026+.
