This certified Bio-gro example has a lovely bouquet both classic and modern - aromas and flavours of baked bell-pepper, grass, tropical fruit, citrus and peach. Dry on the palate with flavours could be nothing else other than Sauvignon Blanc - reflecting the bouquet with herbs, white spices and ripe fruits. Lengthy, balanced and well made.
