Lime Hill Vineyard Chardonnay 2018 Wairarapa

A very youthful bouquet of Chardonnay with aromas of grapefruit and lemon then oak wood and spices then white peach and apple. A light floral layer, silty soil moments and stony earthy layer. Dry, fruity, weighty and fruity on the palate. Flavours reflect the nose with a sweet vanilla wood finish. Well made. Balance yet to arrive with late 2020 expected. Decant for service before then and serve with food.
