Synergy and a completeness, and delicious aromas as well as flavours of vanilla and cinnamon spiced cherry, dried raspberry and macerated plum. Dry herb, savoury brown spices, strawberry and cherry fruit flavours with fine tannins and medium+ acidity. A lovely balance and tension of tannin and acidity, oak and fruit flavour. Well made, incredibly easy to drink and enjoy. Drink now and through 2023.
