On the palate dry, layered , youthful and new. Over 48 hours these ideas begin to develop and evolve into a wine that loses its youthful roar and settles into a silky, calm and measured grace (& purr) inviting additional interaction. Youthful tannins reveal some of their mature side, acidity remains strong , the essence of Pinosity is the heartbeat at the core of this example. Lovely lengthy finish. Best drinking from 2021 through 2030.
