Bush Vine Grenache 2018

Very fragrant and uplifting bouquet of fresh red berry fruits, roses and red fruit tea, some spice and soft clay earthy moments. Fresh, fruity, crunchy textured wine with flavours of cherries and plums, red apple and roses. Very fine fruit tannins and refreshing acid line. A very well made wine with a simple yet refreshing finish. Drink now and through 2021. Delicious! 91 Points

Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2016

Dark cherry, peppery raspberry, milk chocolate and chilli-spice moments, some baking spices and overall generous and welcoming bouquet. Dry, fruity, mild spices and generous palate with fine tannins and medium acidity, flavours of fresh red berry fruits, a hint of chocolate and licorice with a dry, balanced and fairly lengthy finish. Well made, moderate complexity - drink now and through 2021. 92 Points

Shiraz 2017

Ripe dark raspberry, clove and vanilla spices, mild jammy core , varietal and generous bouquet. Dry, classic flavours of Shiraz with pepper and raspberry jam, fleshy fruit flavours, moderate, easy tannins and medium acidity. Balanced and well made, refreshing and familiar. Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Fleshy, ripe, spicy and packed fruit aromas of black cherry and blackberry, dark plum then black pepper and vanilla, violet and bell-pepper. Dry, tense, fruity and spicy on the palate with fruit and vegetal flavours that mirror the nose, firm youthfully textured tannins and medium+ acidity. Viognier 2017

Lovely bouquet of Viognier - lifted, fragrant, floral, spicy, fruity and varietal. This wine is all about the interplay between flavour and texture - apricots and baked nectarine, flowers and kitchen spice-rack. Just dry on the palate with flavours that reflect the nose and textures that keep the palate engaged. Medium acidity, medium+ weight. Some nice pure moments, balanced and well made.
