Fruity, fleshy, ripe and varietal with aromas of peach and citrus then tropical fruits and sweet grassy herb scents. Vibrant, fresh and inviting bouquet overall. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with salivating acidity enhancing the flavours of herbs and tropical fruit. The use of post ferment time on lees and a small amount of oak adds complexity, depth and even a little charm as well as length. A balanced and well made wine. Drink now and through 2022.
