Apples and green pears, white pepper and wet stone soil aromas. Just dry with a light creamy texture, plenty of crunchy and refreshing acidity and flavours white fleshed fruit, spice and flinty minerality. Balanced with a decent length and finish. Food friendly example as well as being fine to enjoy on its own. Drink now and through 2023.
