Balanced, even, and familiar bouquet of both Chardonnay and sense of place. Aromas of silty mineral laden soils, vanilla scents of oak and lees then stone fruits and apple. Dry, textured and enticing on the palate with flavours of tree fruits and citrus then wood spices and lees. The minerality mentioned above is persistent through the taste experience as is the oak. A nut-like flavour on the finish. Well made, intriguing. Drink now and through 2024.
