Precise and excellent aromas of quince and lime-flower, white peach and green mandarin, granny smith apples and white blossoms. Crisp, tense, youthful and dry on the palate. Loads of texture from acidity - with a vibrato and quiver. Textures are contrasted by the core of fruit emphasising the citrus and apple first. A lengthy, tense finish, well made and ready to enjoy from today through 2024.
