Seductive, fragrant, varietal and enticing bouquet. Aromas of forest flowers and red berries, cinnamon and cedar oak scents, red apple skin and cherry, a soft dried herb layer. Overall quite complex, youthful and seductive. On the palate - youthful, tense, fruity and dry. Flavours of red berries and baking spices invade the palate with fine powdery tannins, balanced acid line and a core of varietal fruit flavours that reflect the nose. Plush, classic and easy to enjoy. Nice on its own, totally appropriate with duck confit or tofu burgers. Best drinking from today and through 2024.93
