Made from 100% Pinot Noir fruit this Blanc de Noir style (as a very light onion skin hue) shows off aromas and flavours of yellow and red cherry, a whisper of strawberry and red apple. Crisp, tense, refreshing and dry on the palate with a light dusting of fruit tannins, a core of fruit reflecting the nose, contrasting acid line and balanced, even finish. Ready to enjoy from today and through Summer 2021.
