Made from the traditional blend of PN, CH & PM fruit the aromas of this example suggest a toasty autolysis with roasted stone fruits, strawberry and white flowers. On the palate - an explosive and flavour-filled mousse with citrus, white peach and white strawberry. A crisp back bone of acidity, leesy almost nutty autolysis and lengthy, persistent finish. Delicious and dry, balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2023.
