Made with 100% Chardonnay fruit the aromas and flavours of this example show off white peach and grapefruit, fresh bread and dried flowers. On the palate - the texture is crisp, tense, youthful and dry. Flavours of citrus then apple and peach return with a light layer of lees and youthful tense yet lengthy biscuity finish. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2023.
