Peaches and grapefruits, flowers and sweet lemon, honeysuckle and white apricots. Firm, tense and youthful on the palate with the acidity contrasting the fruit sweetness well. The tension and bite from the phenolics in the wine need the sugar to distract the taster into enjoying the citrus, apricot and peach flavours. Nice wine, needs food, not too sweet, easy to enjoy. Best served with cheese. Enjoy from today and through 2021.
