Wild Earth Pinot Gris  2018 Central Otago                                          Ripe, fruity, fleshy and varietal. Fresh and ripe scented fruits of pears and apple, some lemon and spice. Just dry on the palate, the core of fruit contrast the acidity and citrus flavours. Some texture mid and back palate. A wine I would recommend with food through 2020. Best drinking from 2020 through 2021.  88 Points

Wild Earth  Chardonnay  2018 Central Otago                                          Toasty, fruity and ripe with aromas of vanilla and smoky oak, yellow stone fruits, some popcorn and nutty burnt butter scents. Gentle creamy texture precede flavors of oak and stone fruit. Contrasting acidity, fine wood tannins, lovely core of flavour and finish. Drink now and through 2023.  90 Points

Just dry on the palate with flavours of red berry fruits and plum, red flowers, medium+ acidity, balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2021.   90 Points

Wild Earth Pinot Noir 2018 Central Otago                                          Varietal and distinctive bouquet of Pinot Noir with aromas of dark cherry and dark plum, no mistaking the aromas of toasty wood with cinnamon and vanilla. Dry on the palate with flavours that mirror the cherry and red stone fruits, fine to moderate chalky tannins and medium+ acidity are contrasted by the fruit and oak flavours. Balanced and well made, Drink now and through 2022. 90 Points

Dry on the palate with medium weight, firm, ripe tannins and medium+ acidity. A lovely core of fruit with a great sense of pinosity, power and finish. Wild Earth Earth and Sky Pinot Noir 2014  Central Otago           Youthful, ripe, fruity and complex bouquet of Pinot. On the palate flavours of dark cherries and plums, dark roses and layers of oak with spices and toasty wood. No mistaking the warmth from the alcohol - easily tamed with the right food. Plenty of tannins and acidity. Overall a lovely wine, still developing. Decant for service, best with food and offering decent drinking from 2021 through 2026.  93 Points

Dry on the palate with a firm youthful texture from abundant tannins and acidity, a core of power and flavours of red berries and cherries. Long finish, well made and complex. Decant for service, best drinking from 2021 through 2025. 95 Points
