Forrest Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Vibrant, fresh, crunchy, youthful, varietal, clean and pure bouquet of SB. Palate follows the nose with a mix of fresh tropical fruits, sweet lemon, flowers, wet stone and natural saline suggestion. Plenty of acidity and freshness, lengthy finish. Very nice.

Forrest Chenin Blanc 2018
Authentic, varietal, bright, floral - with apple blossoms, apples, pears, citrus, a fine saline note and sweet air. Quite pure on the palate in an off-dry style, firm, fine acid line. Great balance, medium+ length and complexity. A wine to watch, will age well. John said a portion of the juice went to old barrel for ferment, high solids with a mix of yeasts to secure the ferment.

Forrest Riesling 2018
What a great bouquet of Riesling - citrus peel, especially orange, apricot skin, flowers, apples and a whisper of lime. Fresh and lively on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose, detailed - orange, lemon, apple, lime, a core of mineral wet stone and deliciousness. Just lovely.

Forrest Albarino 2018
Varietally excellent - stone fruit and citrus, saline and stony. On the palate - a hint of oilyness to the point of being gently creamy in texture - at first - flavours of yellow fruits that transition to citrus. The finish on the back palate has a light pinch or squeeze of phenolics that complete the taste. Already in balance with a lengthy finish and complexity that will continue to build in the coming months. Very good example.

Forrest Rosé 2019
Plush, plump, ripe and fruity. Loads of red fruit flavours - melon, strawberry and red cherry. Quite floral too. Flavours mirror the nose and repeat on the palate with a fresh youthful attack, plenty of acidity and charm. Balanced, quite lengthy and new.

Forrest Petit Manseng 2019
Lovely aromatics, varietal and intense. Layers of peach and elderflower, acacia and ripe red apple then honeysuckle. No mistaking the residual sweetness on the palate which is immediately contrasted by high acidity and flavours of fresh white and tropical fruits. Great texture and length - an excellent food wine. Totally smashable.
