Mt Difficulty Parkspur  Lowburn Valley  Chardonnay 2017 Central Otago

Great bouquet of Chardonnay with a flinty, mineral, steely and fruity beginning. Dry on the palate with flavours of white and yellow stone fruits, wood spice, baking spice and cashew. Plenty of acidity adding highlights to a silky texture, soft and creamy oak layer; balanced , lengthy and well-made. A really nice example of cool climate Otago Chardonnay. Best from today and through 2024.
