Oak, fruit, oak spice, vanilla, white peach and yellow apple, gardenia and suggestion of some tropical fruit. Brazil nut and cashew oak, youthful and intriguing bouquet overall. Dry, weighty and tense on the palate with flavours of ripe citrus, peach and oak spice. Mild oak tannins add texture and length with a grapefruit, wild flower note. Decant for service, perhaps best with food till 2020 then on its own.
